1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, phone). Browser local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way. Below we refer to both as cookies.
2. Legal basis
Under Article 61(3) of the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania and the GDPR, cookies that are not strictly necessary for the website to work may only be used with your prior consent. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, but we must inform you about them.
3. Cookies we use
| Name | Category | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Strictly necessary | Protects forms against forged requests (CSRF) and repeated submissions | Until the browser is closed | investagroup.lt |
| ig_consent (cookie and localStorage) | Strictly necessary | Remembers your cookie choice so the notice is not shown every time | 6 months | investagroup.lt |
We currently do not use analytics or marketing cookies. There is no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or other tracking tool on the website and no third-party cookies are set. Fonts and icons are loaded from our own server. If we start using analytics or marketing cookies in the future, they will only be activated if you consent to the relevant category, and this policy will be updated.
4. How to give or withdraw consent
On your first visit a notice lets you choose "Accept all", "Necessary only" or set categories individually. Refusing is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the cookie settings (the link is also at the bottom of every page). We ask for your choice again after 6 months.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If strictly necessary cookies are blocked, the forms may not work and the cookie notice will be shown every time.
6. Contact
Send questions about cookies to info@investagroup.lt. More about personal data processing in the Privacy Policy.
